CALconfig Rig
An ideal solution for OEM’s and distributors who need repeat programming of controllers with the same settings. The CAL config rig consists a of a controller base station, pc based configuration
software and a RS232 comms cable. Programming time can be reduced to around
15s and ensures that a controller is configured correctly.
A program is uploaded from a pre-configured unit that is inserted in the
rig and then saved to a PC, a number of different configurations can be saved
in this way for download when required. These files are saved as read-only
therefore protecting against reprogramming or downloading erroneous data.
To configure a controller insert a controller in the rig and download the
required settings from the PC.
