CAL Controls, established in 1963, has built its reputation as a global leader with a track record of innovations to the DIN controller market. CAL’s product development philosophy has resulted in worldwide standards in technology such as the first 1/16 DIN analog and digital controllers followed by the first 1/32 DIN digital controller. These innovations have firmed established CAL Controls as the leader in the Life Sciences and Laboratory market segments. More recently CALogix has made a big splash in the Process Automation world by providing a multi-loop solution in connection with customizable graphical HMIs. CAL Controls joined the Danaher family of companies in 2006.

Partlow, established in 1920, has brought countless innovations to the industrial world.  To service our customers with the proper focus required, Partlow was split and rolled into 2 unique selling groups.  Partlow Mechanical products (mechanical elements and controllers and recorders) fall under the Danaher Specialty Products group run out of Lancaster, SC.  Partlow Electronic products (digital circular chart recorders and ¼ DIN controllers) fall under West Control Solutions.  For 85+ years Partlow has supplied the Environmental, Water Quality, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, and Municipal market segments with recording and control devices ensuring quality, reliability, and accountability.  With the introduction of the VersaVU Paperless Recorder, Partlow once again sets itself apart from it competitors with a low-priced feature rich product to meet the growing demands of industrial environments.  Partlow joined the Danaher family of companies in 1993.

West Instruments, established in 1946, was one of the first controller manufacturing companies to market microprocessor based temperature controllers and was on the forefront in development of self-tuning algorithms.  West launched the first multi-loop controller system combining the integrity of a discrete controller with the benefits of a fieldbus network.  To meet customer requests West was the first to incorporate true plug ‘n play output boards on DIN controllers eliminating the use of link jumpers in its Plus Series line of controllers.  More recently West launched ProVU, the first real innovation in DIN controllers worldwide in the past 20 years.  ProVU features a real text display, Ethernet communications, and a built-in data-logger.  West Instruments joined the Danaher family of companies in 1993.

PMA, established in 1929, is the market leader in controls for the plastic extrusion industry.  Featuring a line of high-end DIN controllers and specialized automation products, PMA utilizes advanced tuning algorithms and programmable logic to produce system solutions for complex processes.  Experts in the use of PLCs in conjunction with distributed I/O systems and customized HMIs, PMA solutions are at the forefront of technological and engineering innovation.  Formerly part of Philips Industrial Electronic Corporation, PMA joined the Danaher family of companies in 2005.
